Privacy Policy — Pirate Duel Arena

Last updated: 25 October 2026

Pirate Duel Arena (“the game”) is made by the developer of Pirate Duel Arena (“we”). This policy explains what the game stores about you, why, and what you can do about it. Short version: no ads, no tracking, no selling of data. We keep what the game needs to work, and nothing else.

What we store

What	Why	Where it comes from
A game account id and a random id for your device	to keep your captain between sessions	created by the game
If you sign in: an Apple ID user number (never your name or e-mail) and/or your Game Center player id	to bring your captain back on a new phone or after a reinstall	Sign in with Apple / Game Center, only when you use them
A Sign in with Apple token	so we can tell Apple to remove the connection when you delete your account	Apple, when you sign in
Your captain: name, look, level, Fame, gold, gems, items, quests, match results and statistics	the game itself	your play
Social data: rivals, blocked captains, preset messages you send and receive, reports you make	the social features and player safety	your play
Purchases: App Store transaction ids, what was bought, when, the App Store country, refunds	to deliver what you bought exactly once, and to handle refunds	Apple’s signed purchase records
Your App Store country (for example “Kuwait”)	the Country leaderboard	the App Store, not your GPS
Technical logs on our server (for example the time of a request and errors)	to keep the game running and fix bugs	our server, kept for 30 days

We don’t collect your e-mail, phone number, contacts, precise location, photos, advertising id or browsing history. The game has no ads and no analytics or tracking tools.

Who else sees it

• Other players see what a game shows: your captain’s name, look, level, Fame, country, captain ID and online status. They never see your Apple or Game Center ids.
• Apple handles payments, Sign in with Apple and Game Center under Apple’s own privacy policy. If you ask Apple for a refund and you said yes in the game (Settings → Account → “Refund info for Apple”), we tell Apple whether the bought gems were already used, so Apple can decide fairly. If you said no, we tell Apple nothing.
• Our hosting provider stores the server and its backups for us (named here before the game’s public launch).
• We don’t sell or share your data with anyone else, except when the law requires it.

How long we keep it

As long as your account exists. When you delete your account, your captain, wallet, items, social data and leaderboard entries are deleted at once, and your Apple sign-in is revoked. Purchase records stay without anything that identifies you, because Apple may still send refunds for them and accounting rules ask us to keep sales records. Backups are overwritten after 30 days.

Your choices and rights

• Delete your account: in the game, Settings → Account → Delete account. It’s immediate and can’t be undone.
• Refund info for Apple: on or off in Settings → Account, any time.
• Ask us for a copy of your data or a correction: PirateDuelArena.help@outlook.com, with your captain ID (Profile screen).
• Depending on where you live (for example the EU/UK GDPR or California), you may have more rights. Write to us and we will help.

Children

The game is rated 9+. It has no free-text chat (only preset messages), and it is not made for children under 13. We don’t knowingly collect more than the table above from anyone.

Changes

If this policy changes, the new version is posted here with a new date. Important changes are also shown in the game.
